The Killingsworth
Two scrambled eggs cooked with hickory-smoked bacon, roasted mushrooms, leeks & garlic, stacked atop either potato cakes or cheese grits, then covered with shredded Tillamook cheddar, our rosemary-mushroom gravy and chopped green onion, and served with a scratch-made buttermilk biscuit. Yum!
